January 2008

I spent the weekend in a cabin at Big Bear Lake with some friends from Tustin Ranch ... and Lety came for a day in the mountains too! We had a great time in the snow!

We took a trip back to Illinois in December. It was great to see everyone. We had a travel adventure & ended up spending a lot of time in airports and rental cars .... but it was worth it - we wouldn't miss Christmastime with the fam!
Luuc looks cold .....

Dider and Liddy

All those cute Moser girls ...

And precious Max!!

We had a ball with the Sanckens .. always new toys to play with!

Colleen and I lounging together like the good old days ...

Back in Cali .... a beautiful day at the beach with Lety!

Check out the new Jaguar - Available in April '08 if anyone is interested!! Luuc worked at a car show in LA & we went to a Lakers game afterward! (We saw Larry David and Jack Nicholson there too!)

Here are a couple random pics from a photography class I took this fall

Fires in California ... we are OK!! The fires came within a mile or two from our apartment. These pics were taken on Sunday night & are from outside our front door. It was pretty scary. Right now, it is just really smoky and ashy outside - In fact, I have the afternoon off from work because of the poor air quality. Please keep the rest of So Cal in your prayers!

We took a weekend trip to Big Bear to experience fall again! It was beautiful.

And some pretty beach pictures - this is at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach.

Thumbs up for Dana Point! Luuc and Fred on a weekly excursion.

Sceb made the long trip out on the bike ... Dider flew out and rode back with him. They made several stops on the way back & saw lots of cool places, but while they were in Cali ......

Dider and Liddy went to the mission in San Juan Capistrano and ate at a precious tearoom.

A visit to the Jaga-wa dealership .....

A family pic at The Getty Musuem ...

and Hollywood!

Kayaking in La Jolla and dinner at Old Town San Diego .....

We had a GREAT time!

The adventures of Courtney and Lindsay continue ..... earlier in the year, we took on Hollywood at Dick Clark's New Years Rockin Eve and the People's Choice Awards ... for the summer, we chose the Temecula Wine & Balloon Festival and Glen Ivy Day Spa, where we "mudded up" at Club Mudd .... fun!

This is at Crystal Cove ... a beautiful view of the ocean from the top of the hill!

On our way home from Holland, we made a layover in London ..... where we were denied access into the US due to some immigration issues.

Luuc is pissed.

We were living in the movie "The Terminal" .......

We were stuck in London for three days until we had the paperwork we needed to get home. So we enjoyed the city as much as we could! It was beautiful.
