Fires in California ... we are OK!! The fires came within a mile or two from our apartment. These pics were taken on Sunday night & are from outside our front door. It was pretty scary. Right now, it is just really smoky and ashy outside - In fact, I have the afternoon off from work because of the poor air quality. Please keep the rest of So Cal in your prayers!

We took a weekend trip to Big Bear to experience fall again! It was beautiful.
